NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED

                                              2025 BUDGET OF THE PAGOSA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

                    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested parties that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Fire Protection District for  fiscal year 2025. A copy of the proposed 2025 budget has been filed in the District’s administrative office at 165 North Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection.  The Board will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2025 budget at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at the District’s administrative office, at which time the Board may take final action on the proposed 2025 budget.  Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to final adoption of the 2025 budget, inspect and file or register any objections thereto.
