Plan Review

Plan Review Submission Process

When you're ready to submit plans for review, you must complete a plan review application. Applications are available via the links below or can be picked up in person at our Administration Offices, located at 165 N. Pagosa Blvd.

Please note:
Applications and plan submissions will only be accepted if all required information is completed. Incomplete applications will not be processed—you will be notified and will need to resubmit a complete application to restart the review process.

A plan review fee must also be submitted at the time of application, payable by cash or check only. The review process will not begin until both a complete application and the required fee are received.

Please allow up to 21 days for review after a complete submittal has been received. You will be notified of the results via email once the review is complete.
